Virtual GTM Lead
ABOUT US
At Origin, we wake up every day with one purpose: to help our patients feel their best, through every stage of life.
We offer physical therapy for the pelvic floor and whole body, treating commonly overlooked health issues related to pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and sexual health. If left untreated, these issues impact both physical and mental health. Physical therapy is clinically proven to have life-changing results — we’re proud to have helped over 15,000 patients build strength and confidence in their bodies. We are rapidly growing in-person and virtually, and expanding our team to elevate the standard of care nationwide.
ROLE
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic self-starter to lead the expansion of Origin’s growing virtual business of pelvic floor physical therapy nationwide. Today, we provide pelvic floor physical therapy across 5 states, and our vision is to rapidly extend that offering nationwide to help women and people across the country feel their best at every stage of life.. This role is highly collaborative – you will be responsible for owning virtual go-to-market to lead a cross-functional team getting virtual care up and running from a cold start in new markets and fostering growth from there. You will report into our Head of Growth and you will flex across multiple functions, leaning heavily into marketing, business development, operations, and product strategy as we move through different phases of launch and shape our playbook for future markets.
You will guide our understanding of multi-state growth. It’s a big mission, but we love big missions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Drive GTM strategy and execution – As part of the new market launch, you’ll partner with the Head of Growth to ensure the market hits its goals through collaboration with relevant influencers, brands, and organizations to foster local, regional and national partnership opportunities.
Develop & monitor key performance metrics – You’ll collaborate with our business and clinical operations leaders to forecast supply and demand before launch, and once live, you’ll support monitoring key metrics and identify root causes driving results in order to understand and address emerging trends.
Implement & scale partnerships – You’ll be responsible for implementing strategic partnerships, evaluating strategy for improvement, and pivoting where necessary. You’ll need to collaborate partners and users to determine where the process might be breaking and how to scale faster
Test, solicit feedback & iterate – As we scale virtual, we’ll need to understand what is (and is not) working for users. You’ll be responsible for running voice of customer interviews and leveraging that feedback to experiment and make improvements across product, marketing and operational workflows.
Project manage & prioritize – We’ll be launching in multiple markets at once and will need a high degree of execution, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
Create & optimize process – We are a new product in new environments - not only do we need to create and continuously optimize our own processes for this initiative, but also for all future launches.
Balance attention to detail with speedy execution – We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing speed and risk can be challenging, and this should be a strength you bring to the table while driving quality outcomes.
Roll up your sleeves and get into the nitty gritty – Scaling a virtual platform is not easy or without bumps. This role requires a comfort with execution and a “no problem is too small” attitude.
REQUIREMENTS
3-4 years of experience in operations, marketing, or general management
Equal part strategist and executor – able to build a strategy and execute autonomously
Efficient, resourceful, influential and with a go-getter attitude. You'll have your fingerprints all over the marketing & operations for our new markets and will play a direct role in the launch success
Experience with data-based decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team
Hungry, self-motivated, and energetic to hit ambitious goals
Ability to work against deadlines and prioritize effectively in an incredibly fast-paced startup environment
