Senior Logistics Manager, ROW Retail

As our Senior Logistics Manager for ROW Retail, you'll lead logistics teams across EMEA and APAC. You'll manage international operations, drive process improvements, and work closely with our retail team and project management office to ensure timely and successful product launches. You'll also focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with our retailers as we expand globally. This role requires a strategic leader to handle key projects, support new product launches, and manage budget planning and reviews.
What you will do:
Strategic Retail Onboarding: Develop and implement a strategic plan to ensure timely and successful onboarding of new retailers, with the correct levels of inventory to support their initial order quantities while maintaining balanced stock levels for existing retailers.
Operations Management: Oversee operations in EMEA & APAC, ensuring that all activities meet or exceed strict KPIs related to inventory levels, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Inventory & Demand Coordination: Collaborate with the demand planning team to ensure inventory levels are sufficient for new retailer launches and maintain a balanced inventory for existing retailers. Work with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and optimize stock levels across all channels.
New Product Launches: Support new product introductions (NPI) by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth allocation and distribution of products across all regions.
Operational Project Management: Lead and manage key operational projects, including process improvements, returns, inventory velocity, and more, to support the strategic objectives.
Budgeting & Financial Management: Develop and oversee the annual budget for EMEA operations, conducting monthly reviews against actuals to ensure financial targets are met.
Retail Fulfillment & Returns Management: Oversee fulfillment and return processes specifically for retail partners, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery and handling of returns. Work to maintain high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction for all retail accounts.
Inbound Management: Track and manage inbound shipments from factories to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic inventory plans.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of logistics experience, focusing on international markets (EMEA & APAC).
Retail Portal Management: Previous experience managing POs, routing shipments, and ensuring ASN compliance through major retailer portals. Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is a plus.
Technical Expertise: EDI and ERP experience, specifically with NetSuite, is highly desirable.
Logistics Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of routing requirements, arranging transportation using 3PL providers or working directly with carriers, and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
Operations Management: Extensive experience in contract manufacturing, 3PL distribution, finished goods assembly, and order processing/execution.
Distributor Experience: Proven experience working with mass distributors in EMEA and APAC.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
UK Region: £64,000 - £80,000
