We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet the company’s growing needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As a Recruiter in the Pago team, you will:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates;
• Developing strategies and improving current workflows for acquiring new talent;
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks;
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
We’re looking for someone with:
• Minimum five years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role;
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritise tasks effectively;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
