Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role: 

We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring Papa Pals (companionship caregivers) across the US via paid and organic media in line with supply needs. You will own the day-to-day management and execution of paid and organic strategies and be well-versed in digital advertising best practices. Your focus will be ensuring campaigns run efficiently, improving unit economics over time as well as maintaining Pal growth to meet the ever-increasing demand. You will report directly to the Director of Growth and support the development and execution of Papa’s acquisition strategy.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop the growth media strategy in partnership with the Director of Growth.

  • Day-to-day management of channels. Including but not limited to paid and organic search, paid social, affiliation, programmatic display, app acquisition, and retargeting.

  • Optimize campaign efficiency (CPL, CPA, CAC) while delivering against growth targets.

  • Develop and execute a creative testing roadmap to improve engagement and CVR.

  • Conduct A/B, multivariate, and personalization tests across landing pages to improve CTR and CVR.

  • Work closely with Supply Operations to ensure a healthy lead pipeline in areas of need.

  • Work in collaboration with Growth Ops and wider teams on new market launches

  • Collaborate on seasonal campaigns to improve acquisition during peak seasons.

  • Stay up to date on Digital Marketing trends: new channels, targeting abilities, creative strategies, etc.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns

  • Prior experience as POC working with ad platform account managers to drive performance. 

  • Experience developing and running landing page and creative tests to improve engagement and conversion rates.

  • Experience with paid automation tools such as Smartly, Kenshoo, or Google Marketing Platform

  • Experience working with self-serve landing page tools such as Unbounce or Instapage.

  • Fluent in performance marketing best practices 

  • Analytical mindset

  • Strong written and verbal communications

  • Non-hierarchical, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves, multitask and dive into details

  • A lack of ego, driven by group outcome, not the individual outcome

  • Committed to supporting a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment

Preferred but not required:

  • Strong understanding of iOS14 and the impacts on the digital advertising landscape

  • SEO content and technical experience

  • Experience running successful TikTok ad campaigns.

  • Previous experience working in a marketplace style environment

  • Basic video editing skills
