We’re on the hunt for a full-time HubSpot Consultant to help us keep growing and deliver exceptional value to our clients. We specialize in CRM strategy, automations, data hygiene, dashboards and reporting, and HubSpot integrations. We support clients across industries such as Real Estate, Healthcare, IT, and Professional Services. What You’ll Be Doing

Your work will span three main areas: Strategic, Technical, and Collaboration. As our HubSpot Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients to create, manage, and optimize their HubSpot setups. You’ll play a key role in fulfilling Paradox Marketing’s mission of unifying digital marketing and CRM, making sure every client’s marketing funnel flows cleanly into HubSpot. You’ll be expected to think critically, solve digital puzzles, and implement high-quality CRM solutions with a strong focus on automation and system architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic consulting and hands-on support for clients using HubSpot

  • Lead implementation and integration projects across a range of industries

  • Build and optimize workflows, custom properties, and automations

  • Create and manage custom objects and relationships within HubSpot

  • Conduct database imports, audits, and hygiene reviews

  • Recommend data structure improvements and automation strategies

  • Collaborate through project management tools like ClickUp and Hubstaff

  • Manage and mentor a team of CRM specialists, setting priorities, reviewing their work, and supporting their professional growth

  • Interact confidently with English-speaking clients via meetings and written updates

Who You Are

You love designing efficient systems, enjoy helping clients unlock HubSpot’s potential, and thrive when given autonomy, and you have experience leading or mentoring small teams and are committed to developing others’ skills, not just delivering on your own.

  • HubSpot pro with real-world experience building and managing advanced setups

  • Analytical thinker with an eye for detail and a knack for logical problem-solving

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment

  • Creative, solutions-oriented, and happy to dive into the nitty-gritty

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Experienced with HubSpot system architecture: custom objects, integrations, properties

  • Project management experience is a bonus

Requirements

  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or CRM Implementation) – required

  • Proven track record of hands-on work within HubSpot across multiple use cases

  • Strong grasp of CRM best practices, data hygiene, and workflow logic

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel

  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, or professional development within a CRM or marketing context
