
Human Resource Business Partner (Remote)
About the Role
Pearl Lemon is a rapidly growing, globally distributed digital group with 100+ team members across 20+ countries. We’re hiring a strategic HR Business Partner to help us elevate our people strategy, scale our culture, and optimize organizational performance across multiple business units.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in startup environments, operates with autonomy, and brings people-first thinking to a high-performance, global workforce.
What You’ll Own
Align HR strategy with company goals and team structures
Lead end-to-end people operations: onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding
Be a trusted advisor to leadership on org design, talent management, and team development
Drive employee engagement, feedback cycles, and team health metrics (e.g. eNPS, retention)
Solve employee relations issues with professionalism and clarity
Create and refine global HR policies for compliance and consistency
Champion leadership coaching and team alignment in a remote-first model
Support hiring initiatives through role scoping and process design

Ideal Profile
What You Bring
3+ years in HRBP, HR Manager, or People Ops roles (remote/startup experience is a plus)
Deep understanding of HR compliance, employee relations, and performance management
Strong ability to advise cross-functional leaders and implement scalable people strategies
High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a bias for action
Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
Proficiency with tools like BambooHR, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace
Prior experience in distributed teams or global companies preferred
