Ad Copy Strategist (Full-time and Part-time)

  • Meet writing deadlines as assigned 

  • Ensure high-quality content creation with no grammar and spelling mistakes

  • Develop clear, concise, and persuasive ad copy for both traditional and digital advertising campaigns (ex. social media ads, search ads, display ads, etc.).

  • Understand campaign objectives, target audience, and product offerings to create impactful ad copy.

  • Optimize ad copy for SEO and incorporate keywords to enhance search engine rankings and campaign performance.

  • Test and refine ad copy to maximize click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign success.

Ad Strategy

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand clients goals and objectives, provide strategic guidance, and deliver exceptional results.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize ad strategies.

  • Develop comprehensive ad strategies based on market research, target audience analysis, and competitor analysis.

  • Identify target audience segments and tailor ad campaigns to effectively reach and engage them.

  • Collaborate with the Content and Design Teams to align ad copy with visual elements and maintain consistent brand messaging.

Industry Knowledge

  • Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure copy is relevant and resonates with the target audience.

  • Stay informed about digital advertising platforms, industry advancements, and emerging trends to leverage the latest tools and techniques.

  • Track industry benchmarks and best practices to improve ad performance and stay ahead of the competition.


  • At least 3 years of writing experience for Meta and google ads. Preferably in an agency environment

  • Excellent proficiency in English

  • Experience in marketing campaign analysis and ad strategizing

  • Proven record of commercial writing or editing experience is a must. Experience in creating real estate digital ad copy is preferred

  • Strong, efficient research capabilities and the ability to quickly learn, understand and write about new complex projects

  • Accountable and committed to each writing tasks

  • Detail-oriented

  • Promptly and clearly communications skills

  • Knowledge of Google Suites and remote work tools is an asset
