Outbound Emailing Specialist

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Scale our outbound emailing efforts.

  • Develop and implement effective B2B outbound email strategies to generate 20+ leads per month.

  • Utilize tools such as Amplemarket, Front, Hubspot, and Apollo to manage and optimize email campaigns as well as source new leads.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on email performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Core KPI - demos booked and installs.

  • Collaborate with the growth team to align email strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and scaling outbound email campaigns.

  • Proficiency with Amplemarket, Hubspot, and Apollo.

  • Strong background in B2B outbound strategies.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in scaling email campaigns for an inventory management platform.

Hiring process

  1. Phone interview: brief interview to assess initial fit and interest.

  2. Outbound assignment + in-depth interview: evaluate candidates' outbound skills, plus technical and behavioural questions.

  3. Team & Cultural fit: meeting with key team members and CEO.
