Business Development Manager (Latam region)

How you are going to make an impact 🛠

  • Identify and develop business opportunities within the Latin America region to drive growth and market penetration.

  • Leverage your extensive network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase client acquisition.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Latin America market to achieve company objectives.

  • Promote our multi-asset trading products, internal trading terminal, and MT5 platform to potential clients and partners.

  • Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.

  • Provide regular reports on market trends, business development activities, and performance metrics to senior management.

  • Build and manage a local team as needed, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.

  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).

  • In-depth understanding of the Latin America financial markets and regulatory environment.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in both English or Spanish/Portuguese is highly desirable.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.

  • Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and internal trading terminals.
