Identify and develop business opportunities within the Latin America region to drive growth and market penetration.
Leverage your extensive network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase client acquisition.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Latin America market to achieve company objectives.
Promote our multi-asset trading products, internal trading terminal, and MT5 platform to potential clients and partners.
Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
Provide regular reports on market trends, business development activities, and performance metrics to senior management.
Build and manage a local team as needed, fostering a high-performance culture.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
In-depth understanding of the Latin America financial markets and regulatory environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both English or Spanish/Portuguese is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and internal trading terminals.
