  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of media-buying campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

  • Efficiently allocate and manage media budgets to ensure optimal spend and ROI.

  • Monitor and control campaign costs to stay within budget while achieving desired outcomes.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of media buyers.

  • Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with creative, analytics, and product teams.

  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.

  • Provide feedback and insights to creative and product teams to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in media buying and performance marketing.

  • Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in media-buying and performance marketing, specifically within the financial services industry in Forex or CFD brokerage.

  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, UAC (Universal App Campaigns), Twitter Ads, and Adroll.

  • Strong understanding of tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other relevant tools.

  • Ability to develop and implement effective media-buying strategies that align with business goals.

  • Expertise in optimising campaigns for maximum ROI, including A/B testing, bid management, and audience targeting.

  • Experience in managing large budgets effectively to maximise performance.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, showcasing campaign performance and insights. 

  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of media buyers and performance marketers.

  • Ability to work closely with other departments such as sales, product, and compliance to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.

  • Deep understanding of the Forex and CFD markets, including the regulatory environment and market trends.

  • Familiarity with advertising regulations and compliance requirements specific to financial services and crypto industries.

  • Ability to work with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.

  • Understanding of ad technologies, programmatic buying, and retargeting strategies.
