We offer online courses and high-touch 1-on-1 coaching through our brand, backed by a 140K subscriber YouTube channel and a highly engaged email list.

We're not a startup hoping to find product-market fit. We have a proven offer, warm inbound demand, and prospects who actively seek us out. What we need now is a closer who can convert that demand into clients.

The Opportunity

We're hiring our first dedicated sales role: an Account Executive to own inbound sales for our $8K 1-on-1 coaching engagements.

Our founder currently handles all sales calls and prospects are waiting 4+ weeks just to get on her calendar. We are starting to see demand outpace our capacity to sell. This role exists to fix that.

You'll take qualified inbound leads through consultative sales conversations and close them into our coaching program. No cold calling. No outbound prospecting. Your job is to help the right people say yes confidently and help the wrong people say no quickly.

What You'll Do

Close Deals

  • Run 30-40 consultative sales calls per month with warm, inbound leads

  • Diagnose each prospect's situation by understanding team size, operational bottlenecks, decision-making process, budget

  • Present our coaching offer clearly and handle objections without pressure tactics

  • Close deals ethically and efficiently

Own Your Pipeline

  • Manage all opportunities in the CRM with accurate notes and next steps

  • Follow up consistently until every prospect reaches a clear yes or no

  • Keep the pipeline clean so forecasting stays reliable

Coordinate Handoffs

  • Ensure smooth transitions to the delivery team so new clients feel taken care of immediately

  • Communicate prospect insights to leadership that help us improve marketing and positioning

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years closing high-ticket offers ($5K+) in coaching, consulting, training, or digital products

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in an inbound sales environment

  • Skilled at consultative selling, by connecting business outcomes to the offer, not just features

  • Self-managed and organized, so you don't need someone chasing you to update the CRM or follow up

  • Comfortable selling to small business owners, including blue-collar trades and service businesses

  • Available for sales calls during North American business hours

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a creator-led or founder-led brand

  • Familiarity with coaching or education businesses

  • Background selling to operators, COOs, or business owners directly

Compensation

  • OTE: $120Kโ€“$180K

  • 20% commission on closed deals, uncapped, at current $8K offer price

  • $5,000/month recoverable draw (functions as a commission advance)

  • At our average deal size and expected volume, a strong performer will earn well above the draw.
