Most "VA" roles are boring. You wait for instructions, move data from point A to point B, and repeat.

This is not that role.

I run Project Untethered, a mid-six-figure travel YouTube channel with 220,000+ subscribers. I’ve reached the limit of what I can do alone. I don’t need someone to "help me" with my tasks; I need someone to own the systems that run the business so I can stay in my creative zone.

I am looking for an Operator. Someone who sees a messy spreadsheet and feels a physical urge to fix it. Someone who hears a goal ("We need more email signups") and comes back with a researched 3-step plan, a new lead magnet, and an automated sequence—without me telling them how to do it.

🏠 Phase 1: The Architect (Your First 60 Days)

Your first job isn't to be a permanent "order taker." It’s to document the "How." You will take over my current, messy manual tasks (emails, affiliate links, uploads, etc.) specifically to systematize them. During this phase, you will be personally executing the manual tasks to understand the friction points before you automate them. Then you will build the SOPs and the architecture that will eventually allow us to hire a Junior VA to take the repetitive work off your plate.

📈 Phase 2: The Operator & Growth Engine

Once the foundation is solid, your role shifts. You’ll be:

Negotiating Sponsorships: Taking over brand communication and proactive outreach to keep the pipeline full.

Strategic Growth: Diagnosing why email subscriber growth has slowed, creating and testing new lead magnets, and building AI-driven tools to grow our list.

Insight Analysis: Analyzing YT analytics and competitors to tell me what content we should experiment with next.

System Automation: Turning manual SOPs into "set-and-forget" automations using Make.com or AI.

👉 You are a "Figure-it-out" Pro: If you don't know how to do something, you find the YouTube tutorial or documentation and learn it in an afternoon.

👉 You have "The Eye": You notice the broken link in the description or the typo in the email before it goes out.

👉 You are an Architect: You don't just "do" tasks; you build systems so the task never has to be done manually again.

👉 You love automation: You have a basic understanding of (or a deep desire to learn) automation tools like Make.com, Zapier, or AI agents.

👉 You have experience: You have 1+ years of experience working as an Operations or Project Manager for other solopreneurs or small companies.

👉 You speak Fluent English: Your written communication is professional, high-vibe, and indistinguishable from a native speaker.

💰 The Perks

Elite Pay: $2,500/mo for 25 hours/week. Potential to grow to full-time if desired.
