Growth and Demand Gen Manager

What You Will Do…

At PSPDFKit, the Growth/Demand Gen Manager is a critical role responsible to drive structured growth strategies across our product lines by analyzing data and experimenting. You will develop and execute comprehensive organic and paid inbound marketing programs while also leveraging creative, data-driven tactics to rapidly scale lead generation and conversion. Your role will involve optimizing SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing campaigns, conducting growth experiments, and continuously seeking new opportunities to drive engagement and pipeline growth. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing operations, product marketing, and content marketing teams to ensure that all campaigns align with business objectives and achieve scalable results in terms of new opportunity pipeline and revenue.

In this role, you will combine the methodical approach of a demand generation expert with the innovative mindset of a growth hacker, optimizing every stage of the go-to-market funnel and exploring new channels to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute inbound marketing programs: Lead the creation and implementation of inbound marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, to generate, nurture and convert high-quality leads.

  • Innovate and experiment: Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other growth experiments to identify and scale the most effective tactics. Explore unconventional growth channels and methods to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Optimize the go-to-market funnel: Design and implement strategies to guide leads through the funnel, from acquisition to conversion, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates at every stage.

  • Leverage data and analytics: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of both demand generation and growth hacking initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

  • Automate and scale: Develop and implement automation strategies to scale successful growth tactics, ensuring repeatability and efficiency across multiple product lines.

  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with sales, marketing operations, product marketing, and content marketing teams to align growth strategies with business objectives and execute campaigns effectively.

Who You Are…

  • Proven experience in demand generation, growth hacking, digital marketing, or a related role, with a focus on lead generation and funnel optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize both demand generation and growth strategies.

  • Experience with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital channels.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.

  • Technical skills to automate processes, optimize digital platforms, and implement innovative growth tactics.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • A creative mindset with a willingness to experiment, take calculated risks and adapt quickly.

Working time should overlap with most of the team across the US, Europe and Asia. If working from the US, you must be located in Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, or Virginia for payroll processing.
