HubSpot Solutions Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to optimize their HubSpot implementation, streamline business processes, and maximize their return on investment in the HubSpot platform. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated B2B solutions while managing integrations across multiple platforms.

42 Agency is a B2B MOPS & Demand Generation agency helping high-growth B2B SAAS companies build Demand Generation strategies, build sales & marketing processes, and implement efficient technology stacks. We work with customers like Smile, Profitwell, Teamwork & more to support GTM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of clients' HubSpot instances to identify areas for improvement and optimization

  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and design tailored solutions using HubSpot's capabilities

  • Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline marketing and sales processes

  • Configure and optimize deal pipelines to align with clients' sales methodologies

  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs and demonstrate ROI

  • Design and implement effective HubSpot campaigns across multiple channels

  • Provide strategic guidance on email marketing strategies and website optimization using HubSpot's CMS

  • Set up and manage complex integration architectures between HubSpot and other platforms

  • Configure and optimize lead assignment rules and lead scoring models

  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures for client implementations

  • Deliver training and support to client teams on HubSpot best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience working with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs

  • Extensive experience with HubSpot-Salesforce integration and best practices

  • Proven experience implementing and managing third-party integrations, including:

    • ZoomInfo

    • Zoom Webinar

    • Revenue Hero

    • Chili Piper

    • Clay

  • Deep understanding of HubSpot's core features including workflows, deal pipelines, campaigns, and reporting

  • Strong experience with HubSpot's email marketing tools and CMS Hub

  • Expert knowledge of lead routing, assignment rules, and lead scoring methodologies

  • Proven track record of successful client implementations and process optimization

  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strategic mindset with ability to develop and articulate point of view on B2B technology solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, )

  • Experience with CRM migration and integration projects

  • Knowledge of marketing automation and sales enablement best practices

  • B2B technology industry experience
