Job Summary - Implementation Manager (Remote - United States/Canada)
The Implementation Manager is responsible for guiding our new customers through the onboarding process from point of sale to campaign launch date. Strong communication skills are essential as s/he will serve as the “face” of PureCars as well as work with several internal teams, including but not limited to: Customer Experience, Sales, and Performance. S/he manages the timeline, onboarding requirements, and schedules internal/external communication to gather necessary information to guarantee that the transition is smooth and that our customers have an excellent first impression of PureCars.
What You’ll Do:
Initiate the onboarding process with customers
Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers during the onboarding process (customers will be transferred to Account Executives once products are live)
Coordinate all pre-launch calls with dealers and Account Executive(s), and Strategic Sales Executives
Manage the internal onboarding timeline and task lists to make sure all teams are on schedule
Submit customer requests to internal teams (e.g., creative design requests for Display product)
Provide proper documentation of all communication with dealers to ensure a seamless transition to the Customer Experience team
Maintains extensive knowledge of the PureCars product suite, process, and auto industry trends
The Skills and Experience You Bring:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing/advertising role
Project management experience, a plus
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with others
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills
Experience implementing processes, a plus
Strong written and verbal communication
Self-motivated and resourceful
Able to shift priorities as needed
