Job Category

Modernize seeks an Operations Analyst to join our Operations and Analytics team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting both our media and client teams as well as day-to-day business operations. You will become an expert in all our internal systems. You are process and data-driven with great attention to detail. Using your analytical skills, you will dig in and solve problems, and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Compile, review, and report on P&L statements and various accounting requirements

  • Build and update Dashboards for tracking & reporting

  • Manage reporting on client volume, data, conversion, LTV, and churn

  • Analyze internal data to solve business problems 

  • Analyze client/media data to improve client/media performance 

  • Work with account management team on projects and execute tasks to drive efficiencies 

  • Strategize process improvements that support the business 

 

Experience 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Technical proficiency

  • Provide end user support / resolution

  • Able to be agile and adapt to evolving needs of the business

  • Ability to produce deliverables to stakeholders that are valuable

  • Aptitude to learn new technologies, systems and software

  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines

  • Self-Motivated, grasps new concepts easily

  • Comfortable challenging others directly

  • Proficient in Excel & Tableau 

  • SQL knowledge a plus

The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 USD to $70,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
