Enterprise Account Manager

Position Overview

As an Enterprise Account Manager with Rectangle Health, you will become the face of our healthcare technology for our existing clients and an advocate for the utilization of additional components of our solution. You will be responsible for the consultative relationships with our most strategic accounts to deliver value for our clients and work closely with our partners in Customer Success. Through your discussions with our enterprise level healthcare organizations, you will consult on consolidation and scale to expand their product set. Our software platform is designed to offer our partners with a solution geared to solve several challenges within their workflows tied to activities pre-care, point of care or post care. By providing a consultative approach, you will solve complex business problems for our partners and drive revenue targets internally.

 

Primary Job Duties

  1. Understanding the nuance of our existing client’s business and the macro-economic factors they likely are facing.

  2. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations.

  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  4. Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and referral opportunities.

  5. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

  6. Ability to conduct sales progressing conversation both in person and virtually. 

  7. Demonstrating business acumen around problem solving. 

  8. Navigating a complete sales cycle from inception through signature. 

  9. Deliver KPIs including monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas. 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum 5-year proven track record of successful C-Level sales experience generating new business

  • Prior account management work experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills 

  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to travel to customers in the market 

  • PC proficiency and utilization of Microsoft Office applications 

  • Healthcare industry preferred 

  • Selling technology solutions preferred • Proficiency in utilization of CRM (Salesforce) preferred

Salary Range

$90,000 - $90,000 USD
