To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented Product Owners to take charge of our various product lines from discovery to delivery.
As a Product Owner, you’ll have sole responsibility for your product line and your team. You’ll have ownership of the whole end-to-end process - from discovery to delivery. We want you to have the autonomy to deliver what you think is best for our customers.
What you'll be doing:
You will be owning a whole product/service line within Remofirst (this can be within Health Insurance, Finance & Payroll Operations, Onboarding, etc.).
You will be responsible for managing product and services scoping, designing, operationalisation and delivery whilst working cross-functionally across the company to ensure we ship product smarter and faster.
You will be managing a team of front-end and back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and QA; whilst working closely with Sales, Customer Success and the Leadership team to ensure the product roadmap and delivery is in line with the Company’s goals.
You will be involved in speaking with our customers and finding out what they want in a world-class product.
What you’ll need:
Outstanding clear communication skills.
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner/Manager at a high-growth tech startup, with demonstration of strong impact in B2B companies, although, we will consider candidates with B2C experience as well.
Experience in managing a cross-functional and cross-cultural product squad.
Strong understanding of product management processes, project management frameworks.
High analytical, data-driven, with a pulse on trends in the working remotely.
Readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment.

Hyperlogical Problem-Solving: We’re moving and growing at a fast-pace, and that means being involved in solving complex problems. You will need to demonstrate a strong knack for first-principles, hyper-logical approach to solving problems and cutting through complexity.
Stakeholder Management: You’ll be working closely with the company’s leadership, managing your team’s roadmaps, goals, performance and driving maximum impact internally and externally.
Leadership: You’ll have a team of engineers, designers, and QA; and own the full end-to-end process of discovery, scoping, cross-functional management, and ultimate delivery of the product line.
