
Marketing Operations Lead
RepSpert help businesses remove unfair or misleading reviews that violate the platformâs terms of service. Nearly every small business owner has been hit with fake or inappropriate negative reviews (often from competitors), and RepSpert helps them fight back.
This role will lead Marketing Operations, oversee and implement email outreach to prospects, and oversee the small sales team at RepSpert. This person will also support marketing efforts for Lexigate, RepSpertâs parent company, which provides SEO services for law firms; however, RepSpert will be the main focus.

đ§© Responsibilities
Manage lead generation campaigns
Set up, oversee, and continuously improve cold email and other outbound campaigns
Support marketing efforts around legal conferences, including preparing email campaigns and written collateral (brochures, etc.)
Manage pipeline progress
Maintain and improve both companiesâ CRMs
Ensure prospects are moving through pipeline by crafting and executing engaging follow-ups
Manage & coach RepSpert sales team
Directly supervise a small team of sales representatives
Document best practices and enhance training materials
Set goals, track performance, and provide ongoing coaching and support
Serve as escalation point for complex client and prospect questions
Manage sales collateral
Manage and improve existing sales collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.)
Create collateral as needed to support sales calls and new initiatives
Manage new initiatives
In partnership with CEO, ideate and prioritize new initiatives (e.g., referral program, client newsletter, customer portal)
Create and execute project plans for high-priority initiatives
đ Qualifications
Required:
Bachelorâs degree
Experience establishing, documenting, and optimizing processes
Excellent written communication skills, including persuasive writing
Excellent verbal communication skills; comfortable leading client-facing calls and presentations as needed
Experience in creating and managing project plans and meeting deadlines; ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Exceptional ability to track tasks, ensure accuracy, and follow up on outstanding items until completion.
Ability to juggle multiple initiatives, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Tech savvy, comfortable with using or learning tools like Excel/Google sheets, Clay, Zapier, cold email systems, etc.
Bonus (not required):
Familiarity with legal industry or other professional services
Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing tactics
People management experience
Experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound prospecting methods
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Hubspot)
