RentalConsulting.com is seeking a Meta Media Buyer to spearhead our Facebook ads and drive paid traffic into our funnel using the Meta platform.
Our ideal team player is passionate about paid advertising and has a proven track record of managing Meta ads accounts with over $500 daily ad spend budget.
We're looking for someone who not only has strong technical proficiency in the Meta platform but also knows what ad strategies drive the most qualified leads and conversions.
As the lead Meta Media Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in increasing the traffic that’s hitting our funnel’s landing pages, thus directly contributing to the expansion of Canada's fastest growing real estate investing community.
And with that, you will be entitled to some pretty cool bonuses.
This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from anywhere, on your own time. We are a team of digital nomads who appreciate time and location freedom – meaning you will be able to do work you love while creating your own schedule.
Compensation and performance bonuses will be discussed with top candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective Meta-advertising strategies to drive traffic and conversions for RentalConsulting.com, aligning with overall marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
Campaign Management: Create, monitor, and optimize Meta ad campaigns to maximize ROI, ensuring proper budget allocation, targeting, and ad creative rotation for optimal performance.
Budget Management: Responsible for managing and allocating advertising budgets effectively, adjusting spending based on campaign performance and objectives to achieve desired outcomes within budget constraints.
Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced audience targeting techniques on the Meta platform to reach relevant audiences and generate high-quality leads for RentalConsulting.com, leveraging demographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting options.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates to evaluate the effectiveness of ad campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies accordingly.
A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B tests on ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign variables to identify best-performing strategies and optimize campaign performance over time.
Ad Account Maintenance: Ensure the integrity and health of the Meta ad accounts, including regular maintenance tasks such as ad set organization, audience list management, and pixel tracking implementation.
Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Meta advertising, incorporating new features and strategies to stay ahead of the competition and drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders, summarizing campaign results, key learnings, and actionable recommendations for future optimization and strategic planning.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to align advertising efforts with broader marketing initiatives and business goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns, with a proven track record of driving results.
Experience managing Meta ad accounts with a daily ad spend budget of $500 or more.
In-depth knowledge of the Meta advertising platform, including Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Audience Insights.
Proficiency in setting up and optimizing various types of Meta ad campaigns, including awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign strategy and performance.
Ability to develop and execute strategic advertising plans tailored to specific business objectives, target audiences, and market trends.
Experience managing advertising budgets effectively, optimizing spending to achieve maximum ROI and desired outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate campaign performance insights, recommendations, and strategies effectively to the rest of the team.
