Marketing Coordinator, Social Media

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator! In this role you will be responsible for creating, executing and managing social media strategies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, not afraid to think outside the box, possess excellent writing skills, and have a keen eye for creating unique, engaging content strategies across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities: 

-Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative social media campaigns that align with Rollo’s brand. Own the content calendar, create compelling copy, and contribute to the development of eye-catching visuals and multimedia content for multiple platforms.
–Community Engagement: Be the voice of Rollo online. Manage and grow our social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Foster genuine connections, build brand loyalty, and drive meaningful interactions that resonate with followers.
–Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing techniques. Propose and execute creative campaigns to keep Rollo’s content fresh and engaging.
–Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside our marketing team to align on overall strategies and objectives. Assist in campaign reporting and analytics to measure the success of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
–Additional Support: Support broader marketing initiatives as needed, helping to bring our vision to life across all channels.

Qualifications

– 4+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation (agency experience a plus). Proven track record of creating and executing social media campaigns that drive measurable results.
-Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail. You can craft compelling, on-brand content that engages and excites audiences.
-Experience growing and managing online communities, with a focus on building authentic relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
-Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and experienced in using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and TikTok Shop to manage, schedule, and measure campaigns.

-Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining quality and creativity.
-Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset, able to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
-A genuine passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying on top of the latest trends to keep Rollo ahead of the curve.
