Senior Revenue Marketing Manager - Paid Digital Acquisition

THE OPPORTUNITY:

As the Sr Paid Digital Acquisition Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in acquiring and transforming prospects into loyal customers, directly contributing to our company's success.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As Sr Paid Digital Acquisition Manager on our Growth & Lifecycle team, your primary focus will be to develop and lead global paid digital marketing strategies, with an emphasis on digital advertising, paid search, paid social, and sponsored event and content programs. You'll manage our digital ad agency, working across teams to develop, execute and optimize our digital paid acquisition initiatives that seamlessly integrate across marketing, sales, and customer success functions, to drive awareness, pipeline and revenue growth for Salesloft’s Revenue Orchestration Platform.  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Relevant Experience: With a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in SaaS, across SEM, programmatic, social and more, you’ve demonstrable success in developing and implementing strategic, personalized, and data-driven paid campaigns to attract and convert high-quality opportunities, fueling the growth of pipeline and revenue.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: You have a knack for data interpretation and reporting, leveraging insights to optimize digital efforts and drive results. Your ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions is crucial for collaborating effectively across Salesloft.

  • Partner to Sales Team: You know that optimizing paid acquisition campaigns requires a strong relationship with sales and XDRs to optimize targeting based on lead quality, and win/close rates/reasons.  Analytical & Collaborative: You thrive in a collaborative environment, leveraging diverse resources to find answers and solutions. You excel at building strong relationships across teams and influencing stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

  • Process & System Orientation: You possess advanced knowledge of ad platforms and marketing program management systems, processes, and reporting tools. Your familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager,  Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, and account-based platforms like 6sense is essential for building a scalable revenue generation engine.

  • Innovation & Optimization: You're driven by a desire to continuously improve and innovate, leveraging data analytics and market insights to refine strategies, tactics, and processes. Your experimentation mindset and willingness to test new approaches and technologies are critical for driving revenue growth.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation and immerse yourself in our company culture.Initiate 1:1 meetings with your manager to align on goals and objectives.Get up to speed on Salesloft’s GTM campaign strategy framework.Begin assessing strategies and programs within our paid digital acquisition campaigns.Begin understanding our sales process flows and developing key relationships with sales and XDR teams

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

Thoroughly assess our digital acquisition campaigns and develop a strong POV for both low hanging fruit and longer term optimizations.Fully manage our digital agency partner.Develop an understanding of our sales process and build relationships with key XDR leaders and teammates. Know our pipeline inside and out including the quality of incoming opportunities to further refine targeting and messaging tactics.Review current target demographics, segments, target account lists, as well as Salesloft positioning and messaging.Implement initial low hanging fruit optimizations based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback to drive measurable results.

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

Execute on our roadmap for enhancing digital acquisition initiatives, driving significant improvements in key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.Lead initiatives to optimize paid media spend allocation, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to key stakeholders across the organization, effectively communicating the impact of paid acquisition initiatives on revenue growth and business objectives.

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

Drive substantial revenue growth through the successful execution of digital acquisition strategies, exceeding targets and contributing to the company's overall success.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

Base Pay Range

$76,000—$140,000 USD
