We’re seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to scale our premium coaching program, Content Growth Engine (CGE). If you understand the power of high-ticket offers and thrive in scaling impactful businesses, this role is for you.

You’ll lead a high-performing team and collaborate across the Shane Hummus brand, leveraging a proven system that helps business owners scale to $100K+/month through YouTube.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in the coaching or info product industry, understands the nuances of premium client acquisition, and thrives in a high-performance environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • High-Ticket Sales Leadership

    • Lead, manage, and optimize the performance of a high-ticket phone sales team.

    • Develop and implement effective sales scripts, closing frameworks, and objection-handling techniques tailored for premium offers.

    • Monitor KPIs, provide actionable feedback, and conduct training to ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.

    • Oversee KPIs, coach the team, and hire top-performing salespeople to build a winning culture.

  • Marketing and Funnel Strategy

    • Partner with marketing to align YouTube and CGE sales funnels, leveraging Shane Hummus’ massive YouTube presence.

    • Help optimize webinars, VSLs, and email sequences to convert 50-100 qualified leads/month into high-ticket clients.

    • Align sales strategies with our proven Hybrid Personal Brand model to maximize conversions across niches.

  • Client Acquisition

    • Ensure high-touch client experiences throughout the sales cycle.

    • Develop and implement retention and upsell strategies to maximize client lifetime value.

    • Streamline lead qualification, focusing on prospects who align with CGE’s mission.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Other Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the team to qualify leads, ensure a seamless handoff to sales, and nurture client relationships.

    • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to develop high-converting marketing materials.

    • Use data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth in both sales and marketing.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in high-ticket sales and marketing.

  • Proven success managing high-ticket phone sales teams, with consistent results in hitting ambitious targets.

  • Solid experience & understanding of the coaching, personal development, or info product space, with a deep understanding of the high-ticket sales cycle.

  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and implement improvements based on insights, with proficiency in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and marketing platforms.

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Expertise in designing high-converting funnels, webinars, and VSLs for premium offers.
