Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate will have exceptional administrative skills and experience in managing executive schedules, arranging complex travel plans, and assisting with internal audits and security initiatives. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Manage the CEO, COO, and CTO’s calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with a high level of confidentiality and discretion

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange complex and detailed travel plans for CEO, COO & CTO, including itineraries and agendas. Compile and organize documents for travel-related meetings

  • Audit Assistance: Assist in planning and executing internal audit engagements, including risk assessments, audit planning, and reporting

  • Security Programs: Support developing and delivering security awareness and training programs for employees

  • Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of detailed audit reports, including findings, analysis, and recommendations

  • Policy Development: Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating information security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements

  • ESG Support: Assist in coordinating and supporting the company's ESG initiatives and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

  • Experience with travel coordination and calendar management

  • Familiarity with internal audit processes and information security practices

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent English
