Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads Expert with expertise in setting up and optimizing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, and Call Tracking. As a vital member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for maximizing the performance of our Google Ads campaigns through meticulous tracking, analysis, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective Google Ads strategies to achieve campaign objectives.

  • Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.

  • Monitor budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI.

  • Implement advanced targeting and segmentation techniques to reach the target audience effectively.

  • Set up Google Analytics accounts, properties, views, and filters according to best practices.

  • Configure Google Tag Manager containers, tags, triggers, and variables for accurate data collection and tracking.

  • Implement custom tracking solutions to monitor specific actions, events, and conversions on the website.

  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into campaign performance and website behavior.

  • Configure conversion tracking tags to measure the effectiveness of Google Ads campaigns in driving desired actions on the website.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

  • English Resume is required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.

  • Proven track record of managing successful Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.

  • 2 years experience in setting up and configuring conversion tracking and call tracking systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
