GTM Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated GTM Onboarding Specialist to oversee and streamline the onboarding processes for our go-to-market (GTM) teams. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in designing and implementing effective onboarding programs tailored specifically for revenue-focused roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in integrating new hires seamlessly into the GTM organization, accelerating their time-to-productivity, and fostering long-term employee satisfaction and retention. They will excel in creating engaging experiences that equip new team members with the skills and knowledge needed to contribute effectively to revenue generation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and streamline the onboarding processes for GTM teams.

  • Design and implement tailored onboarding programs for revenue-focused roles.

  • Integrate new hires seamlessly into the GTM organization.

  • Accelerate new hires' time-to-productivity.

  • Foster long-term employee satisfaction and retention.

  • Create engaging onboarding experiences.

  • Equip new team members with the skills and knowledge needed for revenue generation.

  • Collaborate with HR and GTM leaders to ensure alignment with company goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in onboarding and training, preferably in GTM or revenue roles.

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing effective onboarding programs.

  • Strong understanding of revenue generation strategies and GTM processes.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
