We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead for our Paid Search Traffic team, specializing in Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for driving performance. This role will involve leading a team of talented paid search specialists, developing and executing strategies to maximize ROI, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure our campaigns are cutting-edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid search specialists.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

  • Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and support.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid search strategies on Google Ads.

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and landing page optimization.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives.

  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations.

  • Present findings and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

  • Forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual ad spend.

  • Oversee and optimize paid search campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, ROAS, etc.

Industry Trends & Best Practices:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the paid search landscape.

  • Implement best practices and innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Attend relevant industry events and training to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and developing a team.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, PPC strategies, and SEO.

  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant tools and platforms.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
