We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead for our Paid Search Traffic team, specializing in Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for driving performance. This role will involve leading a team of talented paid search specialists, developing and executing strategies to maximize ROI, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure our campaigns are cutting-edge.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid search specialists.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and support.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid search strategies on Google Ads.
Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and landing page optimization.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
Present findings and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
Budget Management:
Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual ad spend.
Oversee and optimize paid search campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, ROAS, etc.
Industry Trends & Best Practices:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the paid search landscape.
Implement best practices and innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Attend relevant industry events and training to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads.
Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and developing a team.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, PPC strategies, and SEO.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant tools and platforms.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
