Growth Marketing Manager

You LOVE SaaS marketing. Been doing it for a long time. Creative by nature. Excited about being our first full-time, in-house marketing hire, driving big, measurable results.

You LOVE the customer journey. Digging into who our customer is, nailing their pain points, telling compelling stories, and building relationships with prospects and customers. 

You also LOVE market research. Both qualitative and quantitative, using empathy and analytics to make smart, data-backed, insightful marketing decisions. 

What you DON’T love is red tape, politics, and dumb, complicated solutions just because no one had the courage to do better and stand up for their convictions.

You’re a master of making things simpler, not satisfied until it has that feel, that smell of elegant simplicity. You’re creative in coming up with better, simpler ways to accomplish our goals.

You’re confident in yourself & your abilities. You know what great looks like & you’re not easily satisfied with your own work. You’re the conductor that easily orchestrates our efforts across the board.
