As our Experienced Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying and attracting talented individuals who align with our company culture and goals by:

• Strategic Sourcing: Being well versed in the industry sources and trends of where to find great talents to produce high number of qualified applications.

• Conducting Interviews: Extensive experience in doing interviews to identify qualification of applicant in terms of skill set required for the position, cultural fit and personality.

• Assessing Candidates: Create and implement position specific assessments in coordination with management, through extensive research and experience hiring for the role.

• Diverse Hiring Experience: Having the experience hiring for various roles in different departments all around the globe.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as a Recruitment officer with expertise in sourcing, conducting interviews and assessments

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods for different positions all around the globe

• Has experience in training and working with various people and departments

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders with exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
