Demand Generation Manager

Smartling is seeking a Demand Generation & ABM marketer with a creative mindset to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in driving strategic marketing initiatives aimed at targeted accounts, while closely aligning with sales goals to optimize revenue growth and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of strategic insight, creative problem-solving, and practical execution abilities with knowledge of email, paid advertising and content strategies.
You Will
Drive engagement and build pipeline within Smartling’s target accounts by executing marketing initiatives with a major emphasis on integrated account-based marketing (ABM)
Utilize data-driven insights to create target account segments & develop tailored messaging, content, and landing page strategies per segment
Measure and report on the success of ABM & Demand Gen initiatives utilizing key KPIs
Activate marketing automation and CRM tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize tactics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and data analytics to align ABM strategies with overall business objectives
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Segment email lists and tailor campaigns for specific customer segments
Craft persuasive email content and messaging that resonates with target audiences and ICP
You Have
4+ years of experience in Demand Generation Marketing roles within B2B SaaS
Proven experience in marketing with a focus on ABM, email marketing, project management, and experience with paid advertising
Proficiency in CRM & marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce).
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing ABM strategies and campaigns across multiple channels in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of pipeline growth in target accounts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in analyzing marketing funnel, account-based, and pipeline metrics
Preferred but not required
Demonstrated understanding of GA4
Demonstrated understanding of paid advertising channels and metrics
Proficiency working in spreadsheets with the ability to create pivot tables, visualizations & understand data reporting

The US national pay for this position may land between $97,000-$115,000 depending on market data, geographic location, skills, qualifications, experience, and level. The final offer amount will be determined by these factors.
