Job Summary:
SmithRx is looking for a dynamic and resourceful email marketer to manage our prospect and customer email communication to brokers, employers and members. SmithRx’s marketing team is a small but mighty data-driven and growth-focused function bringing brand, analytics, user insights and experimentation together to develop the SmithRx brand and build the foundation of a future growth engine.
This person will work cross-functionally with marketing, data, sales, account management, to collect requirements, manage asset production, and build the emails and targeting for each program.
What you will do:
Responsible for email performance against key top-line business KPIs including pipeline creation, win rate and customer retention as well as monitoring and maintaining the health of our email reputation.
Create responsive live-text and image-based emails using WYSIWYG, HTML and CSS email oriented best practices.
Apply email best practices and rigorous testing to ensure that conversion metrics are met and our brand is communicated effectively.
Partner with your fellow marketers to develop campaign assets that align with our brand guidelines.
Build emails and segments primarily in Pardot, manage approvals and previews, then hit send on campaigns.
Continuously analyze, scrutinize, and test hypotheses to drive results including target segmentation and A/B creative testing.
Own email QA from design rendering to email functionality.
What you will bring to SmithRx:
3-5 years experience developing email marketing programs
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field
Great attention to detail
Experience with Marketo or Hubspot and Salesforce
Experience with dynamic content
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email
Strong project management and eagerness to learn new skills
Creative and empathetic thinker; you care deeply about our customers and can build precise targeting as well as delightful, on-brand experiences
Enjoy problem solving and testing first-of-kind initiatives.
Experience with multi-variate testing
SQL/analytics experience a plus
