The Role

We are looking for a skilled Email & SMS Marketing Specialist with extensive experience, ideally in Klaviyo and SMS marketing. You will be responsible for strategising, executing, and reporting on comprehensive email and SMS campaigns and automation. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on performance optimization and customer engagement. This is a full-time working-from-home position based in the UK, and you must be eligible to work in the UK.

About the Role

- Strategy Development: develop and implement effective email and SMS marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

- Campaign Management: plan, create and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo. This includes segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.

- Automation: design and manage automated email and SMS workflows to nurture leads, engage customers, and re-engage inactive subscribers.

- Content Creation: collaborate with the Brand team to create compelling email and SMS content that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.

- Analytics and Reporting: track and analyse campaign performance metrics. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimise future campaigns.

- Compliance: ensure all email and SMS marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with others, including digital, social media, and product marketing, to ensure a cohesive customer journey.

- Customer Segmentation: utilise Klaviyo's advanced segmentation features to target specific customer groups based on behaviour, preferences, and engagement levels.

- SMS Marketing: proven experience in strategizing and executing SMS marketing campaigns.

- Technical Skills: experience in HTML/CSS for email template creation and customization. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.

- Analytical Skills: strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable Insights.

- Project Management: excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Attention to Detail: high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

The pay range for this role is:

27,000 - 35,000 GBP per year (Remote - United Kingdom)
