We are looking for a Web Designer to join our team.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Design marketing banners, landing pages, and email templates in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives;

  • Leverage AI tools to generate and enhance creative assets, ensuring high visual quality and innovation;

  • Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts and user-friendly designs;

  • Ensure all designs are optimized for performance, including responsive layouts and fast-loading assets;

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences;

  • Maintain consistency in design style across all platforms and campaigns;

  • Stay up to date with design trends, AI tools, and best practices in digital marketing;

  • Provide multiple creative options and adapt designs quickly based on feedback;

  • Ensure that designs support conversion goals and enhance user engagement.

We expect from you:

  • Proven experience in web design, banners, landing pages, and email creatives;

  • Advanced knowledge of Figma, typography, layout, and web design principles;

  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-focused design work;

  • Proficiency in AI generation tools (MidJourney, Imagen, Comfy, etc.) for creating realistic, high-quality visuals;

  • Ability to adapt AI-generated assets to marketing briefs (refinement, retouching, integration);

  • Understanding of performance-driven design for advertising and conversion-focused projects;

  • Proficiency in Russian and English at level C1+.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
