Senior Graphic Designer
Spotminders is on a mission to find things people lose, before they're lost.
We've sold over 1,000,000+ products, built a team of 60, and just went through a full rebrand. Our products (Tracking Card, Tracking Card PRO, Trackable Passport Holder, Luggage Tag, Glasses Case) run on Apple's Find My network and sell to a growing base of 300,000+ customers worldwide.
We're now hiring a senior designer to raise the bar on everything visual that leaves the building: packaging, product imagery and the assets our whole design team ships.
Before anything else: show us your work. Send a portfolio with your application. We want to see real assets you've created (print and digital) and ideally the piece you're proudest of and why. Applications without a portfolio won't be reviewed.
What you'll own:
Supporting the product team directly on new launches, translating manufacturer 3D files and spec sheets into finished, on-brand visual assets
Keeping imagery aligned with the brand book, and flagging where the system needs tightening
Product imagery built from 3D renders - matching renders to actual product colors and finishes, and turning them into hero images, lifestyle composites and Amazon/ecommerce-ready assets
Digital packaging and listing assets across Amazon (A+ content, listing visuals) and our own site
Quality control across the design team's output - reviewing other designers' and freelancers' work before it ships, catching the small things (inconsistent fonts, leftover layers, text-on-image legibility, off-brand gradients) before they become a customer-facing problem
What we expect from you:
A portfolio that proves it: real assets (print + digital) andimagery you've designed, ideally for an ecommerce or DTC brand
Experience with an ecommerce brand - you understand how a assets differ for a DTC front, Amazon listing and unboxing experience, and design accordingly
Comfort working from 3D renders and manufacturer files, not always flat briefs
The judgment and seniority to review someone else's file and know exactly what's off, and the communication skill to get it fixed without micromanaging
Strong with Figma, Adobe, or similar tools, and comfortable managing print-ready file handoff with suppliers
An eye for premium aesthetics - the taste to know when something looks cheap versus premium
You work systematically: brief → execute → feedback → iterate

Bonus:
Experience with electronics or premium tech-accessory packaging specifically
Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem / Apple-adjacent product design language
Experience managing or mentoring other designers/freelancers, not just producing your own work
