About the role
We’re hiring an Inventory Operations Lead Coordinator who will shape department performance through operational structure, consistency, and proactive issue management. The successful candidate will operate with an advanced continuous improvement mindset, ensuring improvements are measurable, repeatable, and integrated into performance routines.

What experience will help you in this role
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Purchasing
Strong Excel skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done
Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, with proficiency in creating and managing advanced models
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate in processes that are still being defined
Compensation
Base pay: $80,000–$120,000 per year
Pay is based on geographic market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
