About the position

We are now looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our international NetSuite ERP consultancy team. You can work from Finland, Sweden, Norway, Czech Republic, UK or Estonia – remotely or at one of our cozy offices.

As a Project Manager at Staria, your main tasks include taking care of our customers and managing ERP implementation projects with our cross-cultural and multifaceted consulting team. The position includes:

  • Project management: Lead ERP implementation projects, leading the project team towards successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will be responsible for delivering project KPIs such as project budget, profitability, completion rates and customer satisfaction.

  • Process Improvement: Participate in standardization and process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the consulting team, to support the high growth ambitions of Staria.

In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Delivery Officer. The employment is full-time and permanent, and the start can be arranged flexibly, but we hope that you could join us as soon as possible!

Keys to success in this role

To succeed in this position, you should have extensive experience in project management within ERP implementation, preferably working with NetSuite, and demonstrating proficiency in leading complex projects successfully. To be successful in the role, you must be good at handling simultaneous projects and take responsibility for both your own work and that of your colleagues.

Proficiency in project management tools like for example Microsoft Project, Jira, and Trello is expected, along with a deep understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, waterfall, and Lean. Recognized project management certifications like PRINCE2, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Project Manager (CPM), or others, are highly valued.

Skills are important and personality is key, for this position, we are looking for a person who brings a sense of calmness and seniority to the team. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently, leading the projects successfully forward. Proficiency in conflict handling, ensuring smooth collaboration and problem-solving with relevant stakeholders is also important in this position. With our international work environment and our customers, we expect you to have fluent English language skills, both written and spoken – a second language is a plus!
