Steno is growing! We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. You’ll play a key role in building our team by finding culture-adds and exceptional talent, partnering with hiring managers, and helping them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex requisitions
Create innovative sourcing strategies and drive engagement to bring top talent to each role
Contribute to the design of recruiting databases and workflows, including ATS structure and reporting tools
Collaborate with hiring managers to define workflows, screening criteria, and draft job postings
Promote Steno’s talent brand internally and externally, ensuring a thoughtful candidate experience
Research industry trends and share scalable ideas to innovate recruitment efforts
Measure, track, and report on recruitment KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
You’re gonna crush it if
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in fast-paced startups
Experience recruiting for a wide variety of roles, especially within Operations
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proven success partnering with hiring managers to fill hard-to-hire roles
Creative thinker who uses unconventional strategies to engage candidates
Strong ability to manage deadlines while balancing multiple high-priority projects
Proactive mindset, taking initiative when roadblocks arise
Compensation & benefits
Salary: $85k–$110k
