UX Designer

We are looking for a seasoned UX designer to lead feature-based design work for one of our large, Redmond-based tech clients. In this role you will be part of a critical design team that is creating a platform for developers to be able to incorporate AI into their builds. You will plan, analyze, and create visual solutions to communication problems, develop overall layout and production design, prepare sketches or layouts, and create visuals based to reflect meaningful data.

If you are the right fit, you have the experience to make an immediate impact in design systems decision-making and see the power of AI to build better build efficiencies. You are thoughtful and methodical in your design approach, and always have the user experience at top of mind. This is remote, contract engagement approved through June 2024, but if all goes well has the strong potential to extend up to 18 months in duration. Pay rate range, depending on experience level: 60-73/hr. W2.

Required:

• 7-10 years of experience in the UX systems design field

• 7-10 years of experience with enterprise software feature design

• 7-10 years of experience with developer/software/cloud platform design 

• Stellar verbal, written, and creative problem solving skills

• Ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design

• Experience with Adobe publishing and graphics software
