The Role

We’re looking for a curious, creative, detail-driven Junior Designer to join the Strafe Creative team. You’ll get stuck into real client projects from day one, designing intuitive digital experiences, refining your craft in Figma, and learning how to deliver work that not only looks great but that hits the mark for our clients’ goals.

What you’ll be doing

Designing user-friendly interfaces under the guidance of senior designers.
Keeping your Figma files spotless, organised, labelled, and ready for handover.
Gathering and applying user feedback to improve your designs.
Balancing multiple projects and deadlines with support from Project Managers.
Presenting design ideas internally (and with clients once you’re confident).
Staying curious; experimenting with new tools, keeping up with industry trends, and sharing what you learn.

What we’re looking for

Figma fluency (the basics are essential; the rest you’ll learn here).
A natural eye for detail and pixel-perfect execution.
Strong time management; you’ll check in on Monday.com daily and keep Project Managers in the loop.
A collaborative mindset; you must be open to feedback and hungry to grow.
