What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Agency Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a fully remote (work-from-home) position.
Senior Agency Sales Representatives should have:
Proven Sales Record
At least 3 years of professional sales experience at a digital marketing agency.Comprehensive Service Knowledge
Deep experience selling a range of marketing services, including:Google Ads
Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
SEO
Email Marketing
Website Maintenance
What Your Job Will Look Like
You will actively manage and close inbound leads to bring new clients into our portfolio, while also working closely with existing clients to identify opportunities for expansion.
By understanding the evolving needs of our partners, you’ll recommend additional services that support their continued growth and long-term success with StubGroup.
Compensation
Base: $2,000 monthly base compensation
Commission: Uncapped commission directly tied to the value you generate for StubGroup

The Ideal Candidate
Sales Expertise
You have at least 3 years of experience closing deals in the agency space and understand the nuances of selling services. You can confidently manage a sales pipeline from lead to close. (Experience with HubSpot is a plus.)Marketing Strategy
You can quickly learn each prospect’s business and guide them toward the right mix of services to maximize profitability.Problem-Solving
You are self-sufficient and resourceful. You take initiative, figure things out, and navigate complex sales cycles or objections without needing constant direction.
Make Sure You’re Comfortable With:
Working remotely in a fully work-from-home role
Working during United States business hours
Starting with a 60-day trial period to ensure the role is a mutual fit
Communicating with business owners who may not understand technical marketing details
Managing multiple leads and deals simultaneously while prioritizing outreach effectively
