Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Study.com will, in close collaboration with Study.com’s internal content team, source, interview, and hire a talented, fully-remote [JB2] team of Content Operations Specialists to create high quality online educational resources to support our company mission of making education accessible to all.

Job Responsibilities:[JB3] 

  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role

  • Identify and source compelling candidates for open role(s)

  • In collaboration with hiring manager, prepare job descriptions, manage postings on career website as well as other relevant posting websites

  • Manage entirety of the recruitment process including pre-screening, interviews, reference checks, and offers

  • Keep accurate records of all candidates in pipeline using applicant tracking software

  • Communicate periodically with new hires to foster sense of inclusion and gain feedback on their experience to allow internal team to iterate and adapt

  • Reports against established Key Performance Indicators to determine best practices for recruiting and onboarding

Minimum Requirements:[JB4] 

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 2 years experience in talent acquisition

  • Proven written and spoken English ability (C1/C2 level)

  • Ability to work US (Pacific time) based hours for at least the first six months

  • Reliable internet connection and equipment ( computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM), webcam, and microphone)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify/resolve problems

  • Strong data analysis abilities and able to use data to drive decision-making

  • Good organization and time management
