Senior HR Ops Payroll Specialist

Now we are looking for a Senior HR Payroll Operations Specialist to organize and manage all aspects of the payroll process.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Organize and manage all aspects of the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employees.

  • Oversee the processing of payroll data, including hours worked, bonuses, commissions, and deductions. 

  • Review and approve payroll transactions before processing to ensure accuracy. 

  • Coordinate with HR to ensure all employee information is up-to-date and accurate in the payroll system. 

  • Address any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees in a timely and professional manner. 

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation. 

  • Handle exit procedure for departing employees. 

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 

  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and related regulations and ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance. 

  • Prepare and submit HR-related reports as required by management or regulatory agencies. 

  • Participate in HR-related projects, such as process improvements, policy updates or implementations. 

About you:

  • About you 3 years minimum of HR experience directly supporting a client group or business unit in HR operations (areas including payroll, benefits, HRIS management). 

  • Proven experience in payroll administration or related field, with a strong understanding of payroll principles and practices. 

  • HR operating experience globally or multiple countries. 

  • Excellent knowledge and experience using any HRIS, familiarity with payroll software. 

  • Attention to detail and accuracy, organization skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, across multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. 

  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and solving problems.

  • Advanced written and spoken English.
