Senior Delivery Manager

Be a curial part in owning and optimising our release process making sure we ship app updates regularly and seamlessly.

Since 2015 Sweatcoin and now Sweat Economy have been working on making the world more physically active. With more than 140 million registered users, thousands of partners and a proven ability to make people move more (+20%) Sweat Economy has already become the largest onramp in web3 history. We now working on turning our token - $SWEAT - into the principal unit of physical activity value and building an economy of movement around it.

Own and optimise our release process making sure we ship app updates regularly and seamlessly.

• Communicate roadblocks and issues effectively to a cross functional group of stakeholders.

• Work closely with QA and engineers to prioritise release blocking bugs and get them resolved quickly.

• Be proactive in consistently improving our release processes, run regular retro’s with relevant stakeholders and clearly communicate process changes.

Work with our core team to help scope, prioritise and deliver under-the-hood optimisations that consistently improve our end user experience. This could look like:

• Improving our step to sweatcoin conversion system

• Preventing crashes and smoothening existing UI

• Delivering automated process that improve our developer experience

Essential experience

• At least four years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager, ideally within a growing technology company.

• Demonstrable experience running and optimising a mobile release process

• Experience working with and managing cross-functional relationships within a fast-paced organization.

• Familiarity and understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

  • Having a technical background would be an advantage.

• Strong written and oral communications skills with fluency in English.
