Junior Marketing Manager

Requirements

Skills

  • 1 - 2 years of practical marketing experience (B2B, preferably in IT or SaaS/outsourcing)

  • An understanding of the principles of demand generation and lead nurturing

  • Experience working with at least one channel: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO

  • Ability to write copy for a technical audience โ€” CTOs, VPs of Engineering, healthcare product owners

Tools and technologies

  • AI-first approach to work: ChatGPT / Claude / Perplexity for content, research, automation

  • HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly or similar โ€” experience or the ability to learn quickly

  • Basic knowledge of analytics: Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights

Language

  • English B2 and above โ€” most materials, communications and the target audience are English-speaking

Responsibilities

Your main objective is to build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of potential clients (MQL โ†’ SQL). Specifically:

  • Developing and launching outbound and inbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content)

  • Generating leads through organic content, paid channels and partnerships

  • Writing content for a B2B audience in the healthtech niche: landing pages, case studies, white papers, email sequences

  • Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing with the actual deal cycle

  • Analysing funnel metrics and continuously optimising conversions

  • Active use of AI tools to scale activities without increasing resources
