
Ad Operations Specialist

The opportunity
TechnologyAdvice is looking for a highly motivated Ad Operations Specialist. This person will be responsible for managing campaign delivery and supporting all aspects of digital advertising for the TechnologyAdvice portfolio of websites.
In this role, your mission will be to support the business's editorial and revenue goals by managing campaign success that exceeds client expectations while prioritizing user experience. Your top priorities will be program setup, QA, delivery and inventory management, technical implementation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering regular reports to the Director of Digital Operations.
What you'll do
Oversee the implementation and execution of all advertising program processes, using Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, and other tools as needed
Work with Sales and Client success teams to evaluate potential opportunities, and provide inventory capacity and campaign optimization recommendations
Assist with ad server migrations/implementations and other technical needs
Work with Engineering to troubleshoot ad-tech related issues for clients and websites
Follow all AdOps workflows and processes, including campaign management in Google Ad Manager and Salesforce, and ensuring internal systems and tools are updated and responded to efficiently
Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising technology and products
Who you are
2+ years experience in a technical or ad operations role for a digital publisher (B2B preferred)
Comprehensive understanding of Google Ad Manager 360
1+ years experience using Salesforce
Comprehensive knowledge of ad serving, rich media, and data technologies
Experience with WordPress strongly preferred
Strong analytical aptitude
Excellent time management, planning, and collaboration skills
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
High level of initiative, self-direction, and accountability
Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Salary Range
TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.
Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
Annual pay range
$65,000—$75,000 USD
