🥇 The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Brand Specialist to push tem’s brand into the world with ambition, clarity and, bite.

This is a role for a brand campaigner and systems builder. Someone who can architect how our story is told while driving the campaigns, partnerships, events, and channels that make people around the world fall in love with our brand and what we stand for.

You’ll play a central part in building a once-in-a-generation brand in an industry that has barely changed in 30 years. You’ll help define how the world understands modern energy economics and shape a category that doesn’t exist yet.

You’ll work closely with product marketing and content leads, using modern distribution tools, LLMs, and creative experimentation to scale our voice faster than we could with humans alone.

You’ll partner with our Creative Design Director to create a brand that is visually unmistakable and narratively unforgettable.

Your work will accelerate how tem shows up: sharper campaigns, clearer narrative, bigger cultural moments, deeper reputation.

🚀 Responsibilities

Drive brand reputation & category presence

  • Create campaigns, events, partnerships, and comms moments that give tem reach, recognition, and relevance around the world.

  • Shape bold outward expressions of our POV, challenging the old energy system and pushing a new category into the mainstream.

  • Build our presence across industry stages, cultural moments, emerging channels, and creator ecosystems.

Scale tem’s voice through modern distribution

  • Use LLMs, automation, creator collabs, and new platforms to amplify tem’s POV.

  • Build repeatable distribution engines for brand-led content.

  • Experiment with new formats, earned media plays, and culturally resonant storytelling.

Build a modern brand system

  • Turn our POV, narrative and tone into lightweight, scalable frameworks used across PMM, content, GTM, and design.

  • Create AI-ready scaffolding via tools, prompts, and models that ensure every brand touch point is playing an active role in scaling our brand.

  • Keep the system alive, ensuring it evolves through use, feedback, and iteration as we scale our brand across the globe.

Partner across PMM & content

  • Help craft on-brand narratives for product launches and GTM plays.

  • Support high-stakes storytelling and long-form content with clarity and conviction.

  • Connect brand, GTM, and product during major brand moments.

Create world-class brand expressions

  • Write and shape brand-led content, such as POV pieces, campaign scripts, narrative frameworks, flagship educational assets, and external comms.

  • Build tools, resources, and examples that help the whole org create great work fast.

🎯 Requirements

Must haves

  • Experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, content strategy or category design.

  • A track record of building or activating ambitious challenger brands.

  • Exceptional writing grounded in narrative craft and point-of-view storytelling.

  • Ability to turn abstract ideas into frameworks that unlock speed for others.

  • Confidence working across PMM, content, product, design, and leadership.

  • Curiosity and fluency in AI-enabled brand creation (LLMs, automation, prompts, brand models).

  • A hunger to build something generational, not maintain something inherited.

Bonus points

  • Experience supporting a rebrand.

  • Previous work in fintech or marketplace categories.

  • Experience with Notion or similar tools for collaborative documentation.

🧭 Interview Process

  2. Hiring Manager interview, 60 minutes.

  3. Skills interview with Brand, Design and GTM stakeholders, 60 to 90 minutes, including a practical exercise.

  4. Culture Add interview with leadership stakeholders, 45 minutes.

  5. Meet with our CGO, Jemma.
