The Agile Monkeys is a software boutique and a startup studio.
We do two things:
Startup Studio: We create AI products. We are an independent company, constantly pursuing new ideas and projects we love. We are now focused on building products related to search and AI.
We offer software consulting services to companies. Our clients call us to help them with scalability and delivery, or when the shit hits the fan.

We are now expanding our consultancy business, focusing on AI readiness. And then, we are also growing our research and product creation areas, where we are investing heavily in AIFindr.ai and LLMfindr.com.
We are a team of 80 people, soon 90 ;-)
What we are looking for
Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Chief Marketing and Growth Officer to drive our brand, user acquisition, and revenue growth. You have a modern vision for marketing and growth, blending creativity with an obsession for results and metrics. You’re not only on top of the latest growth tactics and AI-driven strategies, but you’re also deeply analytical—understanding the math and economics behind every marketing investment.
You’re a builder of systems, automating and streamlining everything from lead gen to reporting. You’re hands-on with the latest tools (and even those just emerging): CRMs, ERPs, acquisition platforms, analytics suites, and the most modern martech available. You thrive as both an individual contributor and a team leader—working hands-on, organizing campaigns, connecting with freelancers, and managing external agencies as needed. Fast, pragmatic, organized, and dedicated, you bring startup hustle and 24/7 commitment to the table.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution:
Design and execute innovative, data-driven growth strategies across all channels—digital, social, content, viral, and beyond.Modern Marketing:
Implement state-of-the-art marketing campaigns, leveraging AI tools and automation to optimize creative, targeting, and ROI.Mathematical & Economic Analysis:
Understand and model the numbers behind every growth initiative. Forecast, measure, and optimize the economics and impact of marketing investments.System Building:
Architect and implement scalable marketing systems—automating lead generation, tracking, attribution, reporting, and optimization.Tool Mastery:
Be an expert in key marketing, analytics, and business tools: CRMs, ERPs, acquisition platforms, analytics suites, and the most cutting-edge new martech tools.Individual Contributor & Team Leader:
Roll up your sleeves to create, analyze, and optimize campaigns yourself, while leading a small internal team and collaborating with freelancers/agencies.Metrics & Analytics:
Track, measure, and analyze KPIs; rapidly iterate based on data to maximize acquisition, retention, and revenue.Creative Campaigns:
Conceive and launch bold, original marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience and set us apart.Startup Growth:
Constantly experiment with and implement the latest startup growth techniques—growth hacking, viral loops, referrals, influencer marketing, etc.Agile & Pragmatic:
Make fast, data-driven decisions; prioritize high-impact actions and move quickly from idea to execution.Organization & Dedication:
Maintain rigorous organization in managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and partners. Bring relentless energy, working with founder-level urgency.
Skills & Experience
Experience in growth, digital marketing, or similar roles in startups or fast-paced environments
Deep understanding of growth marketing tactics, analytics, unit economics, and performance optimization
Advanced proficiency in using AI and modern marketing automation tools
Highly creative, always bringing fresh, bold ideas and campaigns
Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with a track record of modeling, optimizing, and reporting on marketing investments
Demonstrated ability as an individual contributor and builder of scalable marketing systems
Mastery of marketing, analytics, and business tools: CRM, ERP, acquisition, analytics, and emerging martech
Experience leading small teams and collaborating with freelancers and external agencies
Pragmatic, decisive, and able to operate with a high sense of urgency
Lifelong learner—constantly exploring new techniques, tools, and industry best practices
Extremely organized, dedicated, and comfortable working “startup hours” when needed

Location:
Either Madrid, the Canary Islands, San Francisco, or New York, or moving between those.
