💻 The Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager—either an individual or an agency—to manage the end-to-end process of content creation, posting, and performance analysis across multiple social media platforms. This role requires expertise in video editing, graphic design, and strategic social media management to elevate our brand presence and engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Video Content Creation:

• Edit and produce high-quality, engaging videos for daily posting.
• Conceptualize and execute creative video advertisements, blending impactful visuals and storytelling.

2. Social Media Management:
• Handle content posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publication.

3. Graphic Design:
• Design static images, carousels, and other creative assets using advanced graphic design techniques.
• Create both static and video-based creative content for organic SM and advertisements.

4. Photo Editing:
• Edit, retouch, and enhance product photography to professional standards.

5. Performance Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all social media channels.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content strategies based on data.

6. Collaborations and Partnerships:
• Identify and establish connections with customers and influencers for UGC (User-Generated Content) collaborations.
• Research and develop partnership opportunities.

7. Content Planning and Strategy:
• Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns that align with brand objectives.
• Maintain a cohesive and visually appealing brand voice across all platforms.


Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing, graphic design, and social media management.
• Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong organizational skills for content planning and calendar management.
• Analytical skills to assess performance data and adjust strategies as needed.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail in visual storytelling.
• Experience with influencer outreach and collaboration is an advantage.
