Marketing at TRACTIAN

The Marketing team tells the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers—across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance—are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.

What you'll do

As a Performance Marketing, you're a strategist and an expert who can craft compelling messages that convert business audiences. You’ll drive conversions with your expertise in performance writing, testing, and optimization. You’ll bring the Tractian brand to life and promote our products clearly and accurately to prospects and customers primarily in paid channels.

Responsibilities

• Set up our paid media campaigns, being responsible for the entire cycle, from strategy creation, metrics management, and continuous adjustments;

• Setting up A/B tests;

• Monitor the main metrics, as well as present action, plans to improve results in campaigns

• Work directly in contact with the sales team, monitoring the qualification of leads and improving the entire process of the top of the funnel

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience with Ads (Google, Meta and Linkedin) and Google Analytics

• Have previously generated relevant results in some paid media

• Intermediate English

Bonus Points

• Knowledge in GTM and Pixels

• Experience with social media

• Previous exposure to Bing Ads and Tiktok Ads
