Impulso also conduct surveys with over 30,000 public health system professionals, as well as a research study analyzing the effects and cost-effectiveness of awareness messages sent via WA to engage the population in seeking preventive healthcare.
Argentina's National Electoral Chamber (CNE) created a chatbot where hundreds of thousands of Argentine voters could access reliable information about the country's electoral process during the 2023 national elections.
Tribunal Superior Eleitoral - Brazil's National Electoral Court (TSE) built an election bot where voters could access a multitude of electoral services including checking exact voting location, fact-checking electoral information, candidate profiles and more. MetaAi launched in Brazil and re-directed users to TSE's CTWA, resulting in over 1 million users accessing the bot the morning of the election.

Role Overview
As our first Growth Marketing Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our growth strategy from the ground up. You'll be responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth by developing and executing innovative marketing initiatives across various channels. Working closely with sales, product marketing, and product teams, you'll align marketing efforts with business objectives.
This role requires an experimental mindset and a blend of strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be operating in an environment with limited historical data, so a passion for driving measurable results in ambiguous conditions is crucial. We expect you to test multiple channels and strategies until we find what works best for our business model.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to achieve pipeline and revenue targets, complementing our existing sales-led approach
Demonstrate proficiency in at least two of the following growth marketing areas: Account-Driven GTM (ABM/ABX), Outbound Marketing, Paid Media (SEM & Social), Email Marketing, SEO, Web Optimisation, and Marketing Operations & Analytics
Own, optimize, and expand our marketing technology stack, including Hubspot and identifying/implementing new solutions for automated outbound and signal-based ABX campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies, prioritise key accounts, share performance insights, and ensure cohesive messaging
Growth Marketing Execution
Define key performance indicators and establish full-funnel dashboards to measure, optimize, and scale marketing efforts
Leverage modern tools and AI to identify target accounts, develop account tiers, and execute personalised, signal-based campaigns
Manage website tracking, routing, and workflows; create and optimize landing pages, implement SEO best practices, and conduct A/B testing
Develop and execute paid media strategies across SEM and social platforms, including campaign planning, optimisation, and vendor management if necessary
Partner with product and content marketing to optimize content for search engines and distribute across relevant channels
Define and optimize the lead handoff process for the sales team, ensuring clear communication and seamless transitions
Maximise the potential of our Hubspot platform for marketing automation, CRM, and reporting
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
7+ years of demand generation or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS
Experience building pipeline and demand for a sales-led organization, preferably with a top-down sales model
Early or growth-stage startup experience preferred
Demonstrated expertise in multiple growth marketing channels, including paid acquisition, email marketing, SEO, ABM/ABX, website management, marketing operations, and analytics
Core competencies in marketing operations, marketing analytics, and account-driven GTM
Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Proficiency in modern marketing tools, especially Hubspot, and understanding of AI-driven marketing solutions
High standards for quality with a focus on customer-centric marketing strategies
Data-driven approach to testing, iterating, and scaling successful initiatives
Strategic thinking balanced with hands-on execution capabilities
Fluent English required
Global South lived experience
Nice to Haves
Experience in the Health industry
Experience managing marketing campaigns in international markets (LATAM, APAC, EMEA) is highly valued
Particular emphasis on experience in Brazil and India
Additional language skills are advantageous: Portuguese, Spanish, French, Hindi or other Indian languages, Swahili or other African languages
Experience working with remote, distributed teams
